bom hotel mas precisa melhorar

Infelizmente tivemos problemas com nosso quarto, ficamos os 3 dias sem aquecimento no quarto, no ultimo dia colocaram um aquecedor eletrico, que não aquece da mesma maneira, sendo que fez menos de 5 graus todos os dias a noite, no café da manhã apenas um maquina de café, então fazia fila pra pegar café, se colocasse uma garrafa de café ja ajudava, e a reposição era demorada.

Foi tudo ótimo, o atendimento de todos foi impecável. O café da manhã certamente está nos Top 10 que já vimos. Única ressalva é que não havia como controlar a calefação no quarto e dependiamos dos funcionários para controlar, o que, dependendo da hora, é um tanto quanto constrangedor tanto pra nós hóspedes como para os funcionários. O registro da calefação tem que está funcionando e disponível para o hóspede à qualquer momento. Acabamos, mesmo com friozinho de Campos, passando calor. Mas não atrapalhou tanto, recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos.

O melhor sem dúvidas!

Que hotel incrível, voltaremos em breve. A localização é excelente, alugamos carro, pois alguns dos passeios que queríamos fazer é distante do centrinho, mas o hotel é a duas ruas do Capivari, uma caminhada de 5min. O hotel não serve mais chá da tarde, infelizmente, mas o café da manhã é incrível. O atendimento dos funcionários é sem igual, 1000/10. Limpeza e quarto perfeito também. Amei tudoooooo!

A pousada é muito gostosa, super limpa. Os recepcionistas sao super educados e solícitos. O chão do banheiro tem aquecimento e o toalheiro também dando um conforto a mais. O café da manhã é otimo e um local grande e gostoso. Perto do centro, o que é tudo de bom pra quem frequenta Campos e sabe que nao dá pra ficar andando de carro. Enfim, um otimo custo beneficio.

Amamos a pousada em quase tudo, quarto lindo café da manhã bem gostoso c tudo que precisa p um belo café, funcionários muito atenciosos, só teve um porém: tinha um zumbido tipo apitinho o tempo todo dentro do quarto, só consegui dormir com tampões de ouvido!! O quarto 301! O hotel tem q resolver esse problema pq é insuportável!!! Ainda bem q foi só uma noite se fosse mais mudaríamos de hotel com certeza!!!
