The owners are fantastic. Their whole goal is the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. Breakfast is good. Our room was fantastic with a fireplace, a sitting room, a jetted tub and separate shower.

Para curtir uma Campos do Jordão mais tranquila.

O hotel ficava afastado do centro e com estrada de terra que estava em boas condições. Para quem não tem carro, fica longe. Para quem tem, dá a oportunidade de contato com a natureza. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto tinha bom tamanho para 3 pessoas, assim como o banho. Bom café da manhã manhã. Ponto negativo é o chuveiro, que precisa de ser bem mais potente no período de inverno. Tinha que abrir bem pouco para a água ficar quente e mesmo assim não esquentava de forma intensa.

Pousada linda em meio a natureza, ótimo para relaxar. Estava tudo limpo e organizado, café da manhã maravilhoso e completo, funcionários simpáticos e educados. NOTA 4 POUSADA CRAVO E CANELA

A Pousada por fora é londa mesmo, as fotos ficam realmente bonitas, pra chegar um trecho de estrada de terra, mas coisa de 4 mihutos.O parquinho é bem simples, mas tudo ok...Piscina estava limpa e usamos , foi ótimo, (nao é aquecida). O cafe da manha é beeemm simples, mas mata a fome.O quarto nao gostei, cobertas velhas mas estavam com cheiro ok, cadeira descascada, .Tudo muito antigo, chuveiro com peça caindo, nao tinha secador, nem ar-condicionado. TV só aberta, wi-fi ótimo. No geral, achei caro pelo o que oferecia, mas deu tudo certo e nao me arrependi, mas se voltarmos para Campos, eacolheremos outra pousada.

Estadia agradável.

A pousada é bem agradável e acolhedora. Ela fica um pouco fora do centro da cidade e, parte do trajeto, é de terra , mas que não compromete o deslocamento e em alguns minutos você consegue chegar ao centro da cidade. O café da manhã é simples, mas sempre com coisas novas e gostosas (principalmente os bolos). É uma ótima pousada e acredito que a tendência é melhorar. Se algum dia voltar a visitar a cidade de campos, ficaria na pousada outra vez.

O casal que atendeu são pessoas excelentes, porém a pousada em si parece antigas, sem conforto, limpeza a desejar, precisa pedir pra limpar quarto e trocar toalhas, sendo que isso é óbvio que deva se fazer em qq lugar. O local achei de acesso ruim com Estrada de terra e como choveu muito dificultou acesso sem contar que faltou energia o dia inteiro. Não tem interfone para falar com a recepção e estacionamento ruim para manobras. Dificuldades para entregas de alimentos haja vista que não almocei e nem jantei pq não tinham como entregar e os restaurantes e lanchonetes recusava serviço. Pra mim foi uma estadia muito ruim, não consegui trabalhar, sem luz e Wi-Fi. Café da manhã só começa às 08:00h sendo que precisava sair às 07:00h. Maioria dos hotéis começam às 06:00h. Eu escutava tudo que se falava nos aptos ao lado. Parecia parede de papel. Muito incomodo. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis de campos e nunca passei por isso. Lamentável!!!
