Pousada excelente

A pousada superou nossas expectativas. Fomos recepcionados por um cachorrinho simpático ao chegarmos (que na verdade é do vizinho e vem passear na pousada de vez em quando) e um staff bem receptivo. O café da manhã era diversificado, o quarto estava limpinho e a pousada está bem localizada (com possibilidade de chegar no centro a pé). O único "problema" que tivemos foi em relação ao estacionamento que quase não tinha vagas no final de semana. No entanto, de modo geral, a estadia foi excelente e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!

Quarto limpo e confortável.A cama de casal é dividida e na minha opinião desconheço para um casal. Café da manhã bastante opções porém em gosto, os pães duro, café frio. Sem contar o horário do check in tarde 15h mas o checkout 12h tah de brincadeira neh? Perguntei se tinha pelo menos 30min de tolerância e a resposta foi um não isso pq se tratava de uma segunda-feira. Por fim não voltaria, já me hospedei em hotéis com custo bem melhor e bem mais confortável.

Tínhamos uma expectativa positiva em relação a essa pousada, porém foi decepcionante principalmente pelo atendido frio e sem sensibilidade, isso foi o que mais nos chocou. O atendimento foi ruim, não somente de uma pessoa, mas todos, sem empatia, sem cuidados e sem nenhuma vontade em serem prestativos é como se eles não nos quisessem ali. Nossa experiência foi terrível e jamais eu indicaria essa pousada a alguém.
