800 reais/dia em um quarto sem ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro elétrico em um hotel que tem na pia água quente a gás, chuveiro não esquenta (sabendo-se que é uma cidade fria). Ficamos apenas uma noite e fomos embora.

O hotel é bem bonito e o café da manhã é ótimo, os funcionários são atenciosos. Porém, tive uma decepção logo na chegada, pois reservei o jantar do dia dos namorados, até paguei a metade da reserva adiantado, quando cheguei lá me falaram que tinha cancelado o jantar e não me avisaram nada, os restaurantes da cidade já estavam lotados, resumindo tive que passar a noite dos namorados comendo pizza por delivery no hotel, um total falta de comprometimento com o cliente! O aquecedor do quarto não é o suficiente para aquecer o quarto, pois é muito pequeno dado ao tamanho do quarto, e lá é frio demais, pelo menos no inverno, no verão não sei como é.

Não há proteção acústica entre os quartos. Dá pra ouvir tudo o que ocorre nos quartos ao lado. Há carpetes em todo o quarto, nada recomendável para quem tem alergia/rinite. Não há frigobar no quarto e quase não há tomadas no quarto. Recomendável levar adaptadores pois as poucas existentes são do formato antigo. A indicação de restaurante (La Coupole) pela recepção na cidade para jantar não foi boa (péssimo atendimento e comida com preços bem acima dos praticados no centro de Capivari). Fondue caríssimo frito no óleo.

a foto parece lindo,mas o hotel foi inaugurado em 1985 e não foi feito reformas,me assustei quando entrei no banheiro,simplesmente horrivel,carpete antiguissimo,piscina suja e não é aquecida,nao tem como usar,o quarto tem uma porta no meio que sai no outro quarto de outro hospede,um absurdo tinha crianças que tentavam abrir abrir a porta e incomodava a gente e outra fora que vc ouve tudo,a criança do vizinho chorava a noite toda e ibfelizmente não consiguimos dormir e relaxar... e o mais legal de tudo paguei 1100 a diaria num hotel que diz 3 estrelas,mas pra mim não dou 1 estrela pelo que é de verdade...pode ser que ja foi em 1985 ...

O Hotel tem uma estrutura agradável, estilo colonial e possui um café da manha razoável. Os quartos são simples, com uma vista bonita. Contudo, falta no quarto um frigobar que facilitaria muito a estadia tendo em vista que o Hotel possui apenas café da manhã, sendo necessário sair para comer ou pedir comida (entrega). O local é de fácil acesso, mas fica cerca de 6 KM do centro da cidade. A minha principal crítica é em relação a negligência com a limpeza da brinquedoteca. O local tinha muitos brinquedos bacanas para a molecada, mas estava extremamente sujo, realmente nojento. Não tive coragem de colocar a minha filha no chão... durante a minha estadia tive contato cm muitas famílias que estavam com criança pequenas também. No geral o passai foi gostoso. Eu daria uma nota 7 para o Hotel.

O Hotel é bonito, local excelente, mas as acomodações deixam a desejar... banheiro não tem duchinha, o acabamento é bem grosseiro com certeza precisa de reformas... quarto não tem frigobar, a Tv só pega canais abertos,a cozinha do hotel não funciona, caso vc queira fazer um lanche você tem que sair, pois no hotel não ha nenhuma opção...
