• torneira funcionava na base da gambiarra, estava estragada • pedimos 1 cama de casal e juntaram duas de solteiro ao invés de ter 1 de casal • box só com uma porta, molhava o banheiro inteiro • chuveiro parecia o barulho de uma furadeira quando ligava e desligava • janela não fechava direito • quarto ficava de frente para onde o trem passava, fez barulho o tempo inteiro • tomada funcionava na base da gambiarra, estava estragada • café da manhã razoável, poucas opções Positivo: estacionamento e elevador novo

O pior pra mim é a falta de respeito em não disponibilizar uma pequena mesa , mesmo Escamoteável na parede perto de uma tomada para colocar o celular para carregar, um remedio para tomar, NADA, ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA aptt 237 por isso pra mim perdeu muito - Nenhum gancho na parede para pendurar uma calca, uma bolsa- Tudo no chão , pois as 2 camas pareciam 1/2 de solteiro - Eu não voltaria - Bem localizado, muito bem, cafe da manhã muito bom, janta muito boa e atendimento muito bom

Ótima localização, o que falta no quarto é uma mesa pq fica tudo no chão e o elevador faz muito barulho. E pra quem não gosta de barulho tem um linha férrea que passa atrás do hotel então faz muito barulho qnd passa. Café da manhã é ótimo!

Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e atenciosos! Porém a estrutura do Hotel tem falhas e isso cabe aos proprietários observarem... Os quartos não tem nenhum suporte para pendurar nada. ( Peça de roupa). O banheiro não tem espelho, e também não tem nenhum suporte para pendurar toalhas. E como não tem o box, no banho a água escorre até a porta, chegando a molhar o quarto. Tivemos que puxar a água com o rodo e usar o tapete de chão para secar. O espelho que tem é grande mais fica no chão, precisa agaichar ou ficar de joelhos, para poder se ver. O frigobar não gela, precisa de manutenção.

Experiência razoável. Atrás da pousada existe uma linha férrea que passa trens de carga e isto causou incômodo no momento de dormir. Houve também muito barulho nos corredores do prédio.
