A localização é boa para quem está de carro e a infraestrutura também. Funcionários bem solícitos também. Não achei o conforto do quarto, condizente com o valor da diária. Travesseiro era muito ruim e a água do banho, não descia. De resto, gostei. Espelhos no quarto, ajuda bastante, e secador no quarto.

Boa estadia em Campos do Jordão. O hotel e bem localizado, não fica nem a 5 min do centro, boas acomodações, recepção e quarto. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos . No refeitório há também um bar . Bom café da manhã . Há uma piscina aquecida, sauna e academia. Na verdade o hotel pertence a mesma rede proprietária do Castelo e do seu vizinho Hotel nacional inn
