It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I felt very welcomed and all the staff treated us like family. The breakfast is great, the room is great and cozy. Great heating, great wifi, great hot water. I liked all the details they put into this hotel and my wife liked it too. I could even see the hotel from Morro do Elefante which was cool!

As demais avaliações e alta nota correspondem à realidade!!! A recepção é otima, todos muito atenciosos e gentis; o café da amanhã é farto e muito variado (nada que comi era ruim, pelo contrário, tudo saboroso e fresquinho); quarto confortável, com bom tamanho, e chão do banheiro aquecido (um surpresa muito boa); ducha boa e toalha de qualidade (com ótima gramatura); localização muito boa (15 minutos a pé do centrinho, nem precisa de carro!). Enfim, nenhum ponto negativo, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar com a Canada Lodge!

cansaço e frustração.

Poderia falar pontos positivos sobre a pousada, pois realmente existem, mas fui com meu marido, passamos 3 noites e não conseguimos dormir as 3 noites devido aos diversos barulhos que faziam alguns hóspedes, 5 homens, muito mal educados, estavam a trabalho e nada tinham a ver com o local, que em geral é frequentado por casais ou famílias. Eles chegavam tarde, depois da meia noite, uma da manhã, falando alto pelos corredores, batendo portas e fazendo todo o tipo de barulho no quarto. Utilizaram as áreas gerais como se estivessem na casa dele, tornando o café da manhã uma feira, rindo alto, usando termos vulgares e espalhando seus laptops por toda a área comum. Parecia um salão de convenção de mecânicos. Um deles inclusive se colocava a dormir e roncar com as pernas abertas na sala de televisão, muito desagradável. Uma enorme decepção. Canadá só no nome, era visível e audível que estávamos no Brasil. A Pousada não tem estrutura para pessoas barulhentas e mal educadas, portas de entrada dos quartos muito finas e com fechaduras ultrapassadas, piso de madeira, sentíamos as pessoas nos quartos vizinhos caminharem até altas horas da noite, conversarem, tomarem banho e usarem secadores. E antes das 7 da manhã já era possível sentir todos os barulhos novamente. Ou seja, precisávamos esperar até quase duas da manhã para dormir e as sete já tínhamos que estar acordados novamente. Isso não é relaxante. Frustração e cansaço definem essa nossa estadia.
