Delightfully comfortable and cozy, and with a beautiful view of Capivari High, this house is just over 10 years old and is constantly being maintained with paintings and renovations. Area of 1. 150 m2 of land and 300 m2 of construction.
Garage for 6 cars. Garden around the house. Inside open condominium, but with its own security, facing the condominium headquarters.
Large living room with fireplace, TV, SKY antenna, DVD, dining table for 8 people, 4 3 and 2 seater sofas, 2 per room, games table, bay window, toilet, balcony and delicious deck (a great option for breakfast). Large kitchen, fully equipped, laundry and suite for 1 employee.
Upper floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 suites with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds + single beds each plus 1 bathroom.
3rd floor with an ante room and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, in a delightful attic, high, cozy and entirely covered in wood.
Holds up to 12 people in beds + 4 in bunk beds.
