Its location 100m from the Ebro reservoir allows you to enjoy multiple water activities as well as swimming areas.
The house has 450m2 distributed over three floors (ground floor, first floor and under cover) and a porch with barbecue. It also has a garden and a large green area of 610m2, all closed.
The house can accommodate 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a 93m2 living room, with a closed fireplace, French billiards, TV, mini chain, bookshop, game table and dining table for 12 people. On this floor there is also a kitchen, a bathroom and another dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer and toaster. It also has a pantry.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and iron and 1 bookcase.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed of 150 cm and have a gallery; another double bedroom with a 135 cm bed, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each of them of 90 cm. They have free bed linen and towels.
The two bathrooms are complete with bath and shower.
In the ironing room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
The low deck is a diaphanous space of 90 m2 with table tennis, darts and playground.
The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor.
Next to the house there is a covered porch of 40 m2 where the barbecue is.
