Acasaammari - 2 Baths, Garden, WiFi, Summer-Kitchen, by the SEA, public POOL

Acasaammari is located along the main beach side of Campofelice, at only 2 minutes walk to the Sea and very close to Restaurants, Bars, Train station, Supermarkets and a public Swimming Pool. The Villa is independent and has its own garden, own parking, own entrance.
The villa is provided with all necessary equipment (including washing machine, air conditioning, wi-fi, etc.) and is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a Living Room-Dining room, a summer kitchen in the outside area, barbecue, a garden, outside shower and direct access to the beach through the private road where the villa is located.

Villa Ischia Unit 1 offers two double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, a separate outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with table and chairs, barbecue, patio and garden, Wi -fi, TV (Italian and foreign channels), DVD. Ideal for families with children (gated property). Up to 8 beds (+ baby cot).

A mainly sandy beach is at only 2 minutes walk, there you you will find both free beaches and private/equipped beaches. Along the beachside are several amenities such as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, children games, bus stops, a mini-market (some of these amenities are open in summer only).

A public Swimming Pool is available pool at 150 meters (entrance upon payment of daily or weekly ticket, NOT included in the rental price). The pool is usually open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
The main supermarket is at only 10 minutes walk.

Cefalù, the main touristic place in the area is at only 10 minutes drive. Palermo is instead at just half hour drive.

To avoid waste of energy, electricity consumption is NOT included in the cost of the rent. The real consumption will be calculated on departure according to Kw used at the cost of € 0.40 per KW (on average € 25/week for a normal consumption).

Acasaammari offers:

- 1 Bathroom is inside and the other is outside, next to the summer kitchen.
- Each bedroom has it's own air conditioner.
- The kitchen is equipped with Gas cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Pots/Pans, Plates & Glasses, Cutlery. An extra fridge as well as basic appliances to prepare breakfast are located in the living room.
