Just a few steps from the sea is the spacious Villa Mattera, which consists of 3 apartments, in the popular resort Marina di Campo. This apartment is on the ground floor, has a private entrance and accommodates 10 people with a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities also include air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, satellite TV, a baby cot (on request), a highchair for children, a washing machine and a fireplace for colder days. In the spacious garden there are places in the sun or shade to sit and relax. In addition, garden furniture and a barbecue are available to provide for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Thanks to the ideal location of the holiday flat, numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance, as is the beach.

Hervorragende Lage mit sehr guter Betreuung.

Unsere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft wurden gut erfüllt. Die Lage ist hervorragend- direkt am Strand, gleichzeitig im Zentrum von Marina die Campo und mit dem PKW erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen kann man somit problemlos zu Fuß gehen. Platz war für 8 Personen genügend, 3 großzügige Doppelzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Küche beinhaltet die wichtigsten Dinge- eine Grillstelle sowie ein sehr schöner großer und geschützter Essbereich im Freien sind auch vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr bemüht und auch erfolgreich im Abstellen kleinerer Schwierigkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Bei dieser zentrumsnahen Lage muss man sich allerdings bewußt sein, dass die Nächte in der Hauptsaison durchaus laut sein können. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden- vor allem die gute und erfolgreiche Betreuung hat uns positiv beeindruckt.
