Residence gli Olmi is a private property divided into 10 apartments, some studios, others two-room and three-room apartments, in a strategic position less than 1 km from the beach of Marina di Campo. It is the most tourist location on the island, its golden sandy beach equipped with every service is perfect for families with small children, where our structure is a perfect base thanks to its large garden and its play area where they can have fun and play safely. Marina di Campo is also a perfect location for groups of friends looking for fun, a "little Viareggio", where there is no shortage of a lively center full of clubs, bars and restaurants. Relaxation and tranquility but also services, sports and excursions by sea or land: this location offers everything you need for a complete 360-degree holiday. We cannot hide from you that it is the most requested location in the area, the perfect choice for those who want to spend their holidays on Elba with its distinctive notes and characteristics, without giving up comfort, where our Residence creates the perfect environment to respond to this need.
Each apartment enjoys an outdoor space for exclusive use equipped with garden furniture ensuring practicality and comfort, the presence of other apartments becomes an advantage thanks to the numerous services in the common areas: two comfortable BBQ areas, a coin-operated washing machine with adjacent laundry room, a shower external with hot water produced by a solar thermal system like that of the apartments, garden and small playground.
Three charging stations for electric vehicles have recently been set up.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Nice 37m2 apartment consisting of a bright and large double bedroom with single bed, kitchen with microwave, bathroom with shower cubicle. Large space equipped for eating and relaxing outside.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- one medium-sized pet is allowed per apartment, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- * For groups of guys under 25 years of age the deposit will be increased by 100 euros per apartment.
