Structure located a stone's throw from Viale degli Etruschi in Marina di Campo. The town center is within walking distance, here are all services such as supermarkets, banks, bars, clubs, pharmacy. The beach is more than 1 km long and is of fine sand, partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments and can be reached with a very short walk. Quiet location ideal for those who want to have everything close at hand without being in the center.
A few meters from the famous Viale degli Etruschi, apartment on the ground floor of a small condominium complex. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, washing machine, double bedroom. It has an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, sofas, TV, air conditioning (surcharge) and dishwasher. Pets allowed (only small size with extracharge), no parking space.
