Renovated historic house, a step away from the sea, on the largest beach on the island in the historic center, in absolute tranquility Comfortable typical restaurants where you can taste Elban specialties. The most fascinating beaches of the island can be reached in a few minutes: Cavoli and Fetovaia.
The house is very welcoming,
 equipped with a large lounge with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning,
there are also ceiling fans, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, dryer and a small terrace for drying linen; the house is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach and the marina from where many excursions leave.
It has private parking spaces not adjacent to the house (300m away), there is also a public parking 200 meters away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
