Memorable stay in a lovely hotel

We stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Ramon, including over New Year. I had looked hard to find a lovely village, wonderful scenery, fantastic hotel and close proximity to a world-class ski area. Hotel Ramon was everything I hoped it would be. It's small, very comfortable, immaculately clean, less than a 5 min walk to a ski lift into the Sella Ronda ski area, and sits in a glorious valley with breathtaking views. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming, including setting out a lovely late meal for us when we arrived - delayed - close to midnight. We opted for half board and were very pleased we did so. The meals were 4 courses each evening, with 3 choices - and for me as a vegetarian, what a joy to find a lovely meal each evening. I have stayed (and lived) in Italy many times, and have always struggled to find much beyond simple pasta and pizza. The New Years' eve dinner was a 6 course banquet, included in the price. The hotel represents exceptional value, and for ardent skiers, everything you could want in a ski hotel. I can't recommend it highly enough and we will definitely go back.

Very nice quiet small hotel.

Very quiet place. Good stuff. Excellent dinner - i recommend to order Half Board meal plan! The only upset thing: hotels rooms are dark, no sun will be inside rooms. If it is problem for you - ask to give you a room at the right side (side where lift is located). I recommend top floor.

Bra hotell med supertrevlig personal

Hotellet har ett perfekt läge i byn, och med omedelbar närhet till kabinbanan. Personalen är jättetrevlig. Vi fick ett otroligt bra bemötande i receptionen vid incheckningen och under hela vistelsen. Vi hade bokat en natt först eftersom vi var på väg norrut efter semestern Men vi förlängde vistelsen med en natt till just på grund av det fantastiska bemötandet och den härliga omgivningen. Helt enkelt ett perfekt ställe för en alpvistelse.

17世紀創業の旅館。建物は新しい鉄筋コンクリートの堅牢なものだが、スイスのシャレー風で山岳地方の景観に溶け込んでいる。内装は山小屋風で、白木の梁や柱をハーフチンバー風にあしらっていて雰囲気が良い。受付や食堂の従業員はみなフレンドリーで笑顔を絶やさない。宿泊料は朝食の他に郷土料理のプリモピアットとセカンドピアットが食べられる夕食込みで、割安感が大きい。メインストリートのドロミテ街道から少し入ったところにあるので、とても静かで快適である。しゃれたベッドメーキングも好感が持てた。
