The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room! Lots of water pressure in the shower. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We had a ground floor room with an outside entrance which was a great feature. The pool area was clean and well maintained with reasonable hours of operation. The continental breakfast was amazing.

Our room was in a basement so it smells humidity and was small. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it was too noisy, same thing for the heating. The door of the bathroom couldn't close well. The room was cleen but this hotel would need to be refresh

Inaccurate description

Check-in was smooth. However, the room left much to be desired. It was what I would describe as a “basement apartment room”. It was below ground with a basement apartment style egress window. If someone was in the parking lot they could see you sleeping on the bed. The only way to avoid this was to pull the blinds closed, however, there were only blackout blinds so it would leave the poorly lit room in almost total darkness. The room was very small, had a musty smell, and the furniture was damaged. By 9:00pm a group of construction workers had congregated in the corner of the parking lot to drink beer together (outside of our basement window). The walls were very thin. Given that housekeeping began at 7:45am and the cleaning staff all had painfully loud radios for communication, there was a limited opportunity for peace and quiet. Check-out was successful and the continental breakfast was actually the best part. 10/10 on the waffle maker. Otherwise, I do not recommend this hotel. Not sure if the upper floor rooms are better than my basement level experience.
