We had a great stay. The property itself was lovely and staff were helpful and welcoming. There is not much within walking distance of the hotel, but you can reach town, walking trails and the oceanfront in a few minutes by car.

Lovely, not great for kids

Odd property - lovely, very clean rooms and pool, super convenient water bottle filling stations. Some staff were very kind and helpful. But they seemed unprepared for the number of people present - dirty towel bins overflowing, poor service at the pool. Not the best for kids - showers are mostly open so water can go everywhere, only food option is wildly expensive and has a dress code (as are lobby shop snacks).

This hotel was a true 3* hotel. Room was okay, bed was not comfortable - felt like it had a feather topper on the mattress that was quite hot as well for sleeping. The curtains for the large window and sliding doors was quite heavy and difficult to close, and the blinds pully system was in poor condition requiring maintenance already. I did have a king corner bedroom with Golf Views. Be prepared you will hear the grounds crew around 6am start blowing the dew off the tee boxes, as well as the machines on the greens nearby. With golfers starting around 0730. The view is great and beautiful for catching some evening sun. The Spa was great! Though I would not recommend the mineral pool and shower experience ($30 as a spa add on or $60 standalone), as the "scented" shower experience was not scented at all, and when there are more than a couple people in the space it is not as relaxing with multiple people together in the mineral pool. It'd be a fine experience if it was included with the spa services already booked, but not worth the extra money for essentially 2 showers and a hot bath.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and respectful. Josh was very excellent. I will say that when I arrived late for my check in - the desk staff were lovely - the man who was the manager of some kind - didn’t even acknowledge all of us. The Indian family checking in were so lovely and that manager (grey suit/bald) didn’t smile or even acknowledge any of us. That’s BAD management. The staff are impeccable and deserve respect. When I arrived back after the show I did at Tidemark - I realized I was getting a migraine. The night shift woman was a highlight. She helped me w ice and brought me herbal tea. She also assisted in moving my checkout to 1pm. The resort needs more art. I recommend developing a relationship w a local gallery that shows local artists works that include the indigenous artists also. The art and photos are very typical. Boutique hotels should have good art. It is a beautiful place and I will return again.

Property is very dog friendly, which is awesome. Beautiful facilities, clean grounds.......My only issue was when I attempted to checked in at 5pm (checkin is 4pm) I had to sit in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes before my room was ready (even though it was 1 hour plus past check in). The host did waive the Resort fee due to my inconvenience.....This made me smile..Great service at the restaurant..I would 100% recommended this propery.....

Not a Resort

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff is great and food great. This place is beautiful the issue I had is that they charge as if they are a big time resort and they dont even come close. $35 per night resort fee which gives you nothing. They have beautiful sitting areas and pool area but you can not get "resort service" here at all. While checking in multiple guests complaing about the resort fee. Hoping management reads this as this resort fee is the highest I have ever paid and there is nothing for this value. This would keep me from going back.
