The apartment is new, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos.It's worth noting that the AC is quite loud, especially in the kitchen and living room areas — something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.The unit includes a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, but there was no detergent provided for either, so we had to purchase our own.That said, the location is excellent and very convenient.

Spacious, comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen is ill equipped. Plunger coffee maker that doesn’t work very well. Lacked in paper products, and soap of all kind for our 10 day stay. close to grocery store. Nice to have reserved parking as street parking is at a premium. A lot of street noise

Vey clean

Good location and easy drive to downtown Campbell, a VERY quaint area. Also good location for getting around San Jose area in general. Owner communication was great and website pics were accurate.
