The Neighborhood:

The villa is just 4 km from the center of Caminha, a short distance from the beautiful beaches of Caminha and Moledo (about 10 km), just 50 minutes from the airport and close to major cities such as Porto (100 km), Vigo (65 km) and Viana do Castelo (25 km). Caminha and Moledo offer excellent restaurants, bars and terraces where you can enjoy some of Portugal's best gastronomy. Try the croquettes with tomato rice at Palma and the famous Toninho Fângio at Ruínas, unique gastronomic experiences that you can only experience here!

Other Things to Note:

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In order to make Caminha more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force.

The €1.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over the age of 16, between October 1 and April 30 and between May 1 and September 30 the amount is €1.50. The amount is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
