It provide parking lot but also walking distance to centre of tanah lot and just three minutes walking distance to bus station. Easy access to all kind cuisines restaurant and some convenient shop. About the hotel, clean and spacious. But the wifi and sound proof gotta to be improve and staff presentation too. They are friendly but dress code hmmmm....... breakfast provided is ordinary buffet breakfast , if u want to add on another person it cost RM 38.50 which too expensive for the breakfasts variety.

The Hotel is good for people looking for Heritage !!! ,, I asked to upgrade the room , It's very OLD building , with very bad smell in the rooms , Dirty Toilet the furniture was terrible , Breakfast : is another story : NO buffet , you have to order either local or international breakfast . . Good points : GYM was excellent staff were cooperative. If they make some renovation : the Hotel will be great

Decent hotel at a good location. There's a big park opposite the hotel.. so if you are going with kids then they can have good time there. Rent a bicycle there and kids can have good time. Hotel is walking distance from bus station and food street with lot of restaurants. If you are a vegetarian then nothing much you can get in breakfast. If you are driving, then you don't have to worry about parking.

First the PROs 1. Rooms were big and clean 2. Breakfast was pretty good 3. Location was good CONs 1. Bathroom was terrible, hotwater was not consistent 2. Some friends complained of insect invasion (didn't happen to me) 3. Terrible toiletries provided 4. Had better hotels at lower prices

The hotel staff was nice and pleasant. The room was also nice and cozy, albeit the fridge not working. Breakfast menu was excellently varies and tasted good and filling. The location was well away from Tanah Rata's traffic.

Arrived to a room which was wet - assumed it was due to whatever the cleaners had done in the room so gave it the benefit of the doubt and got in to bed after a long day of travelling. Woke up in the early morning with the bed sheets wet through from the damp and us both shivering as a result. Spoke to reception about this but nobody able/willing to help us as the manager was not on site prior to a tour we had booked. We booked a much cheaper but nicer place elsewhere in Tana Rata as unwilling to stay here a second night - at least the manager paid for our taxi to be transferred away from the hotel (although we think it was just a hotel employee giving us a lift around the corner). 1 day tour around the Cameron Highlands that we booked through the hotel was also very disappointing.

The Hotel location is nice. right in the middle of the town. it is easy to find food here. the room is quite ok. roomy. the internet was terrible tho. the staff is quite helpful and the breakfast is just OK. nothing to brag about this hotel.

Booked the room using AGODA and chose Deluxe with double bed type. Unfortunately, they gave me twin bed! All the bathroom amenities not provided at the time i checked in. Paid 250++ and it is not a good service.

We are celebrating our Anniversary of wedding at cameron highland. and we pick this resort hotel for 2 nights stay. We have a great relax, enjoyable experience, good bed, nice setting, classic and beautiful room which facing pines tree. Breakfast buffet is quite good, very fresh salad, egg station. Others would be normal. The only thing could improve is the cloth that cover the sofa should clean properly or change a new one. We definitely recommend to others and we will visit again next time.

I always struggle a little with the 'star' allocation, for hotels, made in most of the Asian countries. Coming from Europe, I generally deduct 1 star from the hotel's rating, unless it is one of the big international brands. With that calculation in mind, Century Pines is an excellent choice. We stayed at a duplex unit room, which is very spacious. A lot of effort has put into refurbishing the place. The rooms were clean and functional. Very good water pressure and no issues with hot water. Breakfast had the same functional feel, with selections of toast, jams, eggs and a number of Asian dishes. Good price / quality and fairly nice atmosphere.
