1. The room was big and clean, can even fit another single bed next to the big bed. 2. The toilet is just nice, tub and shower are seperated. However the floor is quite slippery, but they provided slippers 3. Breakfast buffet was great, not so many selection but it is delicious. My kids enjoy it 4. Location is good, there are lots of restaurant and coffee shop nearby. However if you wish to go to Kea Farm Market, better to start your journey early. 5. Hotel staff were ok. It would be better if they can at least smile a little bit. 6. The internet connection in the room was not so good, you barely get the connection since the connection is strong only at the lobby. Overall, we enjoy our stay there. 👍

For Arabic people you can find the arabic resturant behind the hotel. The breakfast is ok . I loved the hotel very much . I got beautiful memories ❤️ The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything.. Sara

- Location is good, near the bus station (3 minutes walking). - The view is really nice (for Pine rooms). - Bathroom is clean, bathtub and shower were really great. - Staff are friendly. - Fast Check-in and Check out.

No problem with parking space. Check in and check out process was fast and smooth. We stayed in Duplex room, and the view was so-so. The room was large and suitable for family. The water hose at upper bathroom was broken and cannot be used. They should check the room thoroughly before let us in. Room cleanliness can be improved. They did not provide bottled water in room, but there are water dispenser next to the elevator. The buffet breakfast was good. Staff was friendly as well. Overall we enjoy our stay there.

Came here with my family on Raya Haji. It was so packed. My advice to those who were thinking of having a holiday in Cameroon highland during public holiday. Please forget it. Heavy traffic most of the time This resort was great. Especially the front house. The staff was very nice and smile all the time. The location is strategic. It was peace and calm. I am really enjoyed.

1. Strategic location, near restaurant & Tanah rata town 2. Spacious room 3. Our room number 404, terrible views (rubbish area) demerit point 4. Breakfast was okay... 5. Check-in & check-out process was smooth 6. Only drop bag area in front of the main entrance was totally off. The area was cramp, small and difficult for car to make U-turn! Once you park your car to drop your luggage, you have to reverse a bit, and at the same time there were long queue of other cars waiting. Management should do something. 7. Building looks old, but inside was cozy Thank you. Nice stay. Booking thru agoda for discount.

This hotel is run down and the rooms could do with a serious make over. However choice in the highlands is pretty slim and the hotel was comfortable enough to sleep in. Location was great a 3 min walk to the bus station, restaurant and tourist information. The wifi is terrible but this is the same everywhere in tana rata, there is a slight damp smell in the room too but nothing terrible.

Nice hotel, big rooms. Good breakfast when buffet is open. Noisy (plumbing); when the neighbour takes a shower it's sounds like static on tv with volume 100... There is a mosque next to the hotel, so long wake up call at 5.30.

I really enjoyed stayed here, the room offer spacious space (deluxe room) with additional backyard to enjoy a cold weather at tanah rata.. breakfast was ok with a good local menu.. parking was easy just in front of the hotel lobby, check in n out was very fast.. a very relaxing stayed here with my family.. will stay here again in the future..

Stayed here for two nights but that is to my opinion more than enough in Cameron Highlands. The hotel looks good but it has some outdated look to it. The room are really big but we could here the neighbor talking (unfortunately he was a night type). The breakfast and compulsory one time high tea was really nice.
