Clearwater Condominiums, 572 Clearwater Drive, #3B, Camdenton, MO, 65020. Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. The condo is located on the 3rd floor but only sevens stair steps from the parking lot. Boat slips can be rented on a first come basis. New vinyl flooring. Enjoy all the comforts of home, a private, covered, screened-in deck over-looking the lake, plus 2 swimming pools, one is heated. Something for everyone because of the close location to Camdenton and Osage Beach. Bridal Cave, Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its numerous walking trails, castle ruins, wineries, two public golf courses and shopping; all within a short 10-30 minute drive. Numerous restaurants all along the shoreline but also easily reached by land. The per night fee Monday and Tuesday 145.00 Wednesday 125.00 Thursday 135.00. Friday Saturday and Sunday is $150. 95.00 cleaning fee. Also, a $150.00 refundable security deposit. Must be at least 25 years old to be a renter. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or pets. If you are interested in a boat slip please put the request in comments when you make your reservation. I will contact you direct about the boat slip. Thank you.

The location was nice. The patio gave to a nice view. My only complaint was it’s in Camdenton and it’s 25 minutes from where we wanted to be, Lake of the Ozarks.

Great place!

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and loved the balcony! It was nice being right on the lake and the view was great, especially in the morning watching the sunrise. There was plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy it.

We had a very enjoyable stay! All the comforts of home. I would have liked blackout curtains in the primary bedroom as i was woke up every morning with the sun. However, the view from the bedroom and the living room is spectacular! I would have also liked a little space in a kitchen cabinet to store our snacks/food. the pool closest to us had plenty of seating and was very nice! overall this was a great place to stay and we're already looking at some dates for next summer!!

Amazing property and owner

We had an amazing time, we came out for our daughter's softball tournament. The condo was very clean and description is very accurate, the owner was very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend this condo and if we ever come back I would absolutely book again!

Great little Place

Have stayed in the Clearwater condos before and truly enjoy the location. Nice little place to stay while in town for softball tournament. Really enjoyed the ceiling fan and remote for master bedroom. Would stay here again!

Fun on the run

We chose this condo to rent because it was close to Ballparks National where our grandson was playing in a tournament. It was a great choice for us and other family members to call home for a week (4 adults and 2 kids). We brought a blow-up mattress along so the little ones wouldn't have to sleep on the sofas. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen (even crockpots!) and the electric grill was a timesaver as well. The pools were refreshing with plenty of umbrella table space and lounge chairs available, and the pavillion and playground area was a nice plus. Even during the 100+ degree heat of the week, the a/c kept us nice and cool. If you know the last minute changes in plans a baseball tournament schedule brings, you will appreciate Geralynn's proximity to the ballpark. Thanks, Geralynn!
