This single family rancher is perfect for Military families, corporate travelers and nurses, or just a comfy getaway. Just a quick 35-45minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to the famous NASCAR/ Racer, and Dover Downs in Dover. Handicap accessible, with just one story, no stairs to climb..and a 1 minute ride to all assential stores. This house has everything you need to feel like home away from home.. Its a short drive to Dover AFB, and Bayhealth Hospital,along with other attractions. Enjoy a BBQ on the back patio, or just relax from a long day.

No cats or any other domestic animals.
Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds
Please clean dog areas including back yard.
If left unclean, there will be a 75$ fee.
Please have pets use the bathroom on the left side of patio.
The grill is available for use, but you must provide charcoal and lighter fluid.
If left unclean, there will be $75.00 fee (cleaning utensils in the lower kitchen cabinet)
Please make sure grill fire is out completely after use.
Please leave all used towels and rags inside of the shower after your stay.
Please put all trash bags on the side of the house in the big trash can..
If checking out on thursday or friday, please bring trash can to the front curb.
For stays more than 3 weeks , you must provide your own linens and I will provide a starter kit
Please leave premises at the time of check out.. if guests are not out within one hour of check out you will be escorted by authorities..

Super clean, new, and convenient
Two dads and two kids in town for a tournament at the Delaware Turf Sports Complex. This house was perfect. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Only 15-20 minutes to the fields. Open floorplan perfect to sit and have dinner and watch TV. SO much better than staying in a hotel. We plan to book again for sure.
