With views of Penobscot Bay, two minutes from hiking and mountain climbing at Camden Hills State Park, and just over a mile north of Downtown Camden, this quintessential Maine home is spacious and comfortable with all new furnishings. After a day of sailing on Penobscot Bay, hiking, dining, shopping in downtown Camden, Belfast, Rockland or simply exploring any part of Midcoast Maine, come home and relax on the open deck facing the water for evening cocktails.

Guest enter the home to a large breezeway which leads into the new custom kitchen, half bath, formal dining room and spacious living room. Off of the living room, the king primary with a new en suite classic shower stall bathroom. Up the stairs, found in the middle of the house, the full new shower bath in the hall is shared with a queen room, full bedrooms with trundle bed and a twin bedroom with a trundle bed.

The back deck is located off of the kitchen area and mud room which contains a propane gas grill with a side burner to cook your fresh seafood on. After dinner wander down the large, flat grassy yard to the private, rocky beach to watch the sunset or enjoy the sunset.

The house is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furnishings including Capser mattresses, and quality amenities. This is really a unique and wonderful vacation home located in the heart of Midcoast Maine.
