Beautiful townhouse 250 meters from the beach in Cambrils. The house Mercuri is located in the urbanization La Dorada, a quiet and residential area.

The Casa Mercuri is a beautiful house, decorated with taste and very cozy. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet. It also has a well equipped kitchen and large living room.

Outside the house has a large covered terrace with awning, barbecue, sun loungers and direct access to the gardens and communal pool.

Just 250 meters from the house you can find beautiful beaches of fine sand and a nice walk that goes to Cambrils with many restaurants in the same sand.

Esperaba más limpia la casa, la terraza sucia totalmente, el microondas sucuio, los cabezales y mesas de las televisiones llenas de polvo, el mobiliario defectuoso, una silla con la para atada con una bolsa de basura, cajones que no encajan y la mesa inestable debido a su mal estado, indican dos habitaciones de matrimonio pero una sí la otra para nada no se puede pasar de frente para ir al armario, indican que cuidado con el toldo cuando esta hecho polvo pegados de los extremos con cinta, ademas de una plaga de hormigas que nos afectó hasta la comida el aire acondicionado con mucho ruido
