Great apartment close to the ocean!
The appartment was just as described. Spacious for six people and the kitchen was well equipped.
It was very cool being so close to the mediterranien sea, just a few steps crossing a bike and walk pathway and we have been at the sea shore.
It is only a short walk of about 15 to 20 minutes to the city center at the harbour with a lot of good restaurants and shops.
After mentioning a leakage in one of the bathrooms to the UHC service center, they send a technician within 2 hours to fix it. Great!

Magnifique emplacement!
Cette amaison est idéalement situé! Nous n'avons même pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture, car tout se fait à pieds. La plage est à 10 mètres sans exagérer, le centre ville à environ 2km soit 15 minutes, il y a plein de commerces, aux alentours, restaurants, boulangerie à 350m... la plage est tranquille, familiale et quasi vide même au mois d'août, si vous êtes sportifs, la promenade exclusivement pietonne fait quasi 5 km, avec une piste cyclable, idéal pour le jogging matinal... L'appartement est bien équipé et propre dans l'ensemble. La climatisation est uniquement dans le salon, mais nous n'avons pas eu de grosses nuits chaude et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur non plus.
La maison a peut être besoin d'un rafraichissement, avec l'air marin, ca s'use vite, le portillon doit être réajusté il frotte le sol et a besoin, comme du portail et de la porte extérieur, d'un bon coup de peinture. Quelques cloques de peinture également à l'interieur du à l'humidité mais rien de bien méchant. Il faudrait également une fenetre qui s'ouvre dans la salle d'eau principale ou au moins un extracteur d'air et pour finir des matelas digne de ce nom, car la plupart étaient vraiment très fatigué (au moins 4/6)!!!

Appartement qui manque d'entretien
L'appartement est bien situé mais souffre réellement d'un manque d'entretien.
A l'arrivée toute la vaisselle était sale et le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas. Quasiment aucune fenêtre ne fermait normalement voir ne fermait pas du tout. Aucun volet ne fonctionnait. Le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas non plus de manière satisfaisante.
Pas d'entretien extérieur et un parasol en mauvais état.
Dommage également qu'il n' y ait pas de transat pour profiter le la terrasse qui est le réel atout de l'appartement.

Situación buena muy cerca de la playa. El precio final algo caro relación calidad precio.
Es un apartamento agradable y bastante fresco. Lo peor, olor a humedad en una parte y mosquitos. El comedor agradable para comer. Las puertas de casa y jardin deberían poderse cerrar al golpe y no con llave cada vez. Y la ventana del salón poderse abrir.

GREAT LOCATION ONLY IF YOU HAVE GOOD LEGS
THE APARTMENT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION IF YOU DON'T MIND A LONG WALK INTO CAMBRILS ABOUT 1.5 MILES TO NEAREST BUS STOP. ON FIRST APPEARANCE THE APARTMENT LOOKED GREAT. LOVELY FITTED BEDROOMS BUT WHEN YOU LOOK CLOSER THE SHOWER ROOM WAS SHABBY. THE LOUNGE ONLY HAD ROOM FOR TWO PEOPLE TO SIT. THE KITCHEN LIGHTS NEEDED ATTENTION, IN THE DINING ROOM SOCKETS MISSING.
THE PATIO WAS HUGE OVER LOOKING THE BEACH BUT AGAIN MISSING FACILITIES.
NO LOUNGERS, PARASOL BASE BUT NO PARASOL.
THIS PROPERTY WOULD BE GREAT FOR A LARGE GROUP BUT IS NEED OF A BUT OF TENDER LOVING CARE.
THE APARTMENT WHICH IS ON A CYCLE ROUTE WOULD BENEFIT FROM A COUPLE OF BIKES.
NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION IN THE PACK. LIKE LOCAL SUPERMARKET, BARS AND CAFE'S.
IF I WAS TO BOOK AGAIN WITH OWNERS ABROAD I WOULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH THE OWNER AND NOT AN AGENT.
IF YOU ARE TO BOOK THIS APARTMENT WHEN YOU GO TO PICKUP THE KEYS GET THE BUS BACK TO CAMBRILS FOR 2 EURO'S THEN GET A TAXI. UNIVERSAL GOT US A TAXI WHICH COST 35 EURO'S.

appartement plus que correct situation idéale .
Malgré quelques inconvénients,des fourmis partout et pas d'aspirateur,nous avons passé un très agréable séjour .Nous pourrions recommander cette location si vous pouviez remédier à ces problèmes plutôt désagréables surtout concernant cette invasion de fourmis!!!!
