From check in to check out everything was perfect. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great shower/bathroom. Queries re amenities were dealt with immediately over the phone by reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great value - shame the parking was so expensive only downside. Apartments felt well designed and luxurious, although a little tired from wear and tear. Quick 10 minute uber into the city and the area was very modern with a Sainsbury’s almost next door. Hotel was massive and quite a walk from the lift just be warned! It felt like lots of guests were long term too which is made possible by having a washing machine and kitchen in the flats!

There was no daily housekeeping. When I booked at Expedia it says house keeping will be available on asking. When I asked for it I was clearly told no available. This was terrible! They should honor what was promised when reserving
