You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Guest House: Farm homestead

Quiet country guest house with 1 BR/ 1 BA, queen sleeper sofa and fully stocked kitchen. Coffee/tea provided. Come relax & enjoy the row boat and paddle boat, fishing in the ponds (C&R, No Pond Access from August 24 thru January 30 annually), grill on the deck, watch the bikers roll by (Ironman course) or finish your day by the firepit with s'mores! All this and only 3 miles to town.
The space
We are 10 miles to BlackWater National Wildlife Refuge, 21 miles to Easton, 35 miles to Salisbury and 64 miles to Ocean City.
Guest access
No Pond Access from August 24 thru February 30 annually, due to hunting season.
Other things to note
The designated parking space for your stay is on the gravel drive, at the steps to the guest house. Additional cars/guests may park behind you, on the gravel drive. We have a circular driveway and we access from the other side.
