The Space:

Indulge in your Cambria oasis, featuring two bedrooms with plush queen beds promising restful nights, and the convenience of two full bathrooms. Spacious closets offers ample room to settle in, and private balconies invite you to step out and breathe in the refreshing coastal air whenever you please. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, offering all necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils, along with a full size refrigerator and pantry. The comfortable living room, with its bright bay windows and inviting cozy couch, provides the perfect spot for relaxation or quiet reading. Just off the living room, a peaceful deck awaits, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or the gentle evening breeze. You'll also discover a tranquil retreat in our outdoor patio, a lovely place to sit and unwind to the soothing sounds of the wind through the trees. For added convenience, laundry facilities are available for your use right off the kitchen. Our home boasts an enviable location, just minutes from the charming shops, art galleries, and delightful restaurants of downtown Cambria. A short drive will lead you to the iconic Moonstone Beach, perfect for leisurely strolls and searching for its namesake treasures. **Please note that a long-term tenant lives downstairs in the basement apartment, completely separate from this unit.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the home and patio. No garage access, no access to downstairs basement and no access to south yard. There is a locked room in the home upstairs as well that is not available to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few minutes from downtown Cambria and Moonstone Beach. About a 35 min drive to SLO.



Getting Around:

The home is near downtown Cambria. Getting around is easiest by personal car.



Other Things to Note:

AMENITIES:

We provide towels and starter toiletries/essentials such hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners. Once these run out, guest will be responsible for their own toiletries and kitchen essentials.



BEDROOMS:

There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom door has a keypad doorknob. Total accommodations can sleep 3 people. Smart TVs in both bedrooms.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There are two parking spaces in the long driveway available to you. Additional parking available on the street.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 1.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts on the Smart TVs in bedrooms.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There are two shared outdoor patios. One is the deck off of the living room. The other is the downstairs courtyard patio.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, pour over coffee maker, electric kettle, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee.



LAUNDRY:

Washer and dryer located just off of kitchen.



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.



RENTAL AGREEMENT:

A rental agreement must be signed upon booking.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
