The house has recent upgrades and new living room furniture. This is a split level home. From the entry, if you go a few stairs upstairs, that is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bathroom, with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. There is a half bath in the hallway outside the master bedroom. The downstairs is the Queen bedroom, and the bedroom with 2 Double beds. There is a full bathroom(tub/shower) in the hallway. This is a very comfortable, well-maintained and peaceful home that you are destined to enjoy!
-Please remember you are in a residential neighborhood, so noise should be kept to a discreet level, especially in the evenings.
-Parking is strictly in the garage and/or driveway. On-street parking is not allowed.
-Hot tub use: Noise carries, so please be conscious of the neighbors and keep voices low, especially after 10:00pm.
-Never leave trash outside, raccoons will make a mess of it.
