One-bedroom apartment located on the first floor with elevator access in a modern building. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a separate, fully equipped kitchen (rotisserie oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate WC. Terrace with mountain views. Private parking space. NO PETS ALLOWED - NO INTERNET ACCESS.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
