The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe (accessible from the courtyard - two steps). The bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit, and washing machine.

The accommodation is located just 200 meters from the Cambo-les-Bains thermal baths.

If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
