Comfortable apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) comprising an entrance hall with closet, a living/dining room, an open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, multi-function microwave, etc.), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and closet, a shower room (shower and sink), and a separate toilet. 1 private parking space.
Internet access. No pets allowed.
Smoking permitted on the terrace.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
