The accommodation offers excellent amenities: a large living room with an accessible balcony/terrace, fireplace, TV, and library. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer. The house has three bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and can accommodate five people: one double bed (140 cm), one single bed (120 cm), and two single beds (90 cm). The garden, with trees, is fenced. A garage is not available.

The bus stop for line 57 (shuttle to the thermal baths) is 100 meters from the house.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
