Villa Veranda summer 2024

Overall our stay was great. The villa was lovely and our host Daniele was very helpful and attentive. The villa is in a quiet location with stunning views. There was a short walk to the local shops and a short drive to the beach clubs and beautiful Pietrasanta. The pool is a fantastic feature and kept us cool in the heatwave! Our only grumble was that there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms which made the lounge kitchen etc unusable in the heat. The beach towels are in need of an upgrade but these are all minor points. Overall it was very good.

Paradise!

This property more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. In fact, the outside space was even more beautiful, private, and peaceful than we anticipated. The home was plenty big to accommodate our group of 9. I would stay here again in a heartbeat—it was paradise!

Italian ding dongs

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of adult children and six grandkids. Pool area was fabulous,, as were all of the outdoor spaces. Loved that is was walkable to several restaurants and cafes. Surrounding area gave us just enough to do, enjoyed all the beach clubs nearby. Daniele was a great host. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful stay in paradise!

Villa Veranda exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures simply don’t capture the beauty of the view and the charm of the interior. Daniele was very accommodating and helpful, provided a number of recommendations and was quick to respond when we needed assistance. We were very sad to leave this beautiful villa and we would return in a heartbeat!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und in bester Ordnung. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und erfrischend. Der gesamte Aussenbereich war sehr schön.

Week in Tuscany

We loved our stay at this modern and updated villa in Tuscany. We especially enjoyed the many outdoor spaces, the view of sunsets, and the air conditioned bedrooms. Daniele was an excellent host and handled any issue we had quickly. I would give the location a 4 star review due to two small issues. There are many barking dogs at night in the neighborhood, and the streets are narrow to get up to villa. I know these are both issues typical for rural Italy.. The pool was splendid and the grounds were maintained very well. I would definitely return again and would recommend.

Fijne vakantie!

Het vakantiehuis is precies als op de foto's: vaak zijn de foto's heel gunstig genomen en is het echt toch een beetje anders, maar in dit geval niet. Het huis heeft een prachtig schoon en goed onderhouden zwembad en een terras waar je ook zelfs op een regenachtige dag heerlijk buiten kunt zijn. We zijn alleen binnen geweest om te slapen. We hebben genoten van een heel fijne vakantie met 8 personen.

Perfect villa and location

Hard to find anything negative to say about this place - the villa internally was excellent with all rooms comfortable and well equiped - especially the kitchen. Outside was just as good with several terraces for eating alfresco, or just chilling, in shade or sunshine. And the pool was the best bit of all - a good size, and just great for the youngsters in our group...and the oldsters too. The only minor issue we had was actually finding it on the first day, but that was more of a satnav issue than anything else - don't try to drive along the track in front of the villa - its really only a footpath. Stick to the road which is narrow, but well surfaced. Thanks Daniele!

Amazing place

We cannot say enough to describe this wonderful property! Great location to beach and restaurants. We relaxed on the veranda for hours at a time. Our grandkids loved the big clean pool with a diving board. Daniel was helpful with places to eat and any questions we had. We would love to go back!

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es gab nur zwei kleine Mängel. Einmal der zu kleine Kühlschrank für 12 Personen und das zwei Räume nicht klimatisiert waren. Alles andere Top.

Sehr positiver Gesamteindruck

Die Villa und vor allem das sehr große Grundstück haben für einen sehr erholsamen, aber auch interessanten Urlaub gesorgt. Der Vermieter Daniele war immer rechtzeitig zur Stelle, so dass alles insgesamt sehr reibungslos funktionierte. Die Küche machte einen sehr gutren Eindruck, war wohl recht neu. Der Swimmingpool war super sauber und es hat Spass gemacht - trotz des frühjahrsbedingten Kälte, im Pool zu schwimmen. Das einige manko war, dass sowohl der Innen- wie auch der Aussenkamin nicht richtig funktioniertden, so dass wir mit elektrischen Heizküftern, die der Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt hat, "nachheizen" mussten. Auch zum Grillen waren die Kamine nicht geeignet, es gab aber einen fahrbaren weiteren Ausasengrill. Gesamteindruck: Tolles Objekt, kann ich auf jeden Fall - mit den o.g. kleinen Einschränkungen - empfehlen.

Entspannte Tage in Camaiore

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa und hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool und die großzügige Terrasse mit tollem Weitblick. Wir wurden sehr nett von Manager Daniele empfangen und er war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts immer schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar. Wir haben die Villa genau wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Die Innenausstattung in der Hauptwohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber da wir uns hauptsächlich draußen aufgehalten haben war dies für uns nicht schlimm. Mankos waren aus unserer Sicht die sehr kleine Küche und die Geräusch- und Rauchbelastung aus der Nachbarschaft. Lautes Hundegebell und fast tägliche stark rauchende Feuer machten entspanntes Ausschlafen (insb. bei offenem Fenster) meist nicht möglich. Insgesamt hatten wir aber trotzdem einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöne Umgebung mit phantastischem Blick über das Dorf

Aus unserer Sicht hat alles gepasst; perfekter Empfang von Daniele und seiner Frau. Auch für Tipps und Rückfragen war Daniele jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, wir werden immer wieder gerne dorthin kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Die Villa war wie im Inserat beschrieben und und hat besonders die Terrasse und der Garten gefallen. Für den Pool war es im Mai bis auf 2 Tage leider noch zu kalt. Daniele der Manager ist einfach per WhatsApp zu erreichen und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Für uns war es auch kein Problem das nur eine Dusche vorhanden ist ( wie beschrieben ). Somit 5 Sterne von uns.
