The renowned beaches of Versilia are just 1.5 km from here and can be easily reached by bicycle, the owner offers 3 bikes for free. The coast is bordered by a beautiful promenade with designer stores, restaurants, bathing establishments and the famous "pier", symbol of the city, where you will have the feeling of walking in the middle of the sea, here you can then enjoy an aperitif while admiring the spectacular panorama of the coast. The city of Pietrasanta at 5 km is famous for the marble and bronze working, its historical center is rich in art galleries and shops of all kinds, do not miss a visit to the cathedral of San Martino, overlooking Piazza Duomo with numerous bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tulipani, everything was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious, The host Daniela communication was excellent, The pool was perfect for my little family, and to cool off after a day out. The shops and restaurants were nearby, but be prepared to walk as taxi's were impossible to get in this town. About half an hour walk from the main beachfront prom. Possibly longer with small children / grandparents like we had! There is no pavement to walk on down the lanes near the house, but we soon got used to it! It was a bit scary walking back in the dark the first time but by the end of the holiday we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the small rivers... We even saw an otter and lots of fireflies! I would recommend booking restaurants in advance if possible as a lot of them were too busy for walk ins A lovely stay, thank you!
