The small kitchen is complete with everything. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs inside the farmhouse. Casale LA FATA is a farmhouse with 6 wonderful apartments, a splendid swimming pool, a patio, a large garden with barbeque and a park with reserved areas for eating. All apartments are completely autonomous and equipped with kitchen, washing machine, bedrooms and bathroom. Guests have access to the entire apartment, to the external areas: swimming pool, garden, patio, barbeque and parking. Giulia helps the owners to manage the guests and to give them information on the accommodation and the territory; one of the owners will be present at check-in. The area where Il Casale is located is strategically perfect for spending holidays on the hill between Lucca and Versilia; it is a cool and shady area close to the towns of Monsagrati, San Martino in Freddana and Val Promaro, where you can find shops, groceries, pizzerias and supermarkets. The city of Lucca is only 30 minutes away, like the Versilia Sea. The house is in a strategic position and allows you to reach all the cities and neighboring countries in a short time; along the Via Freddana, a stretch of the historic and well-known Via Francigena winds. Going down to the valley it is possible to reach in half an hour the famous town where Giacomo Puccini was born, Torre del Lago, and in the summer months book a ticket for the opera. The cities of Pisa (50 minutes, 35 km), Florence (1h and 30 minutes, 95 km) and Lucca (30 minutes, 18 km) are easily reachable. You can spend your time in complete relaxation, taste delicious typical products, reach the beaches and social life of Versilia (25 minutes, 15km) to take long walks through woods and paths, or to visit ancient countries such as those of the Garfagnana (Barga 59 minutes, 50 km). In the surroundings of the house, there is a famous wine area: Montecarlo di Lucca, where you can find the famous 'Rosso di Montecarlo' (50 minutes, 30 km) where you can visit wineries and take food and wine tours; a few kilometers away the village of Gombitelli (24 minutes, 13 km), famous for its cold cuts, here you can go for excellent snacks or enjoy a lunch or dinner in a typical restaurant; the country of Fabbriche di Vallico, the Turrite river, the Lake of Vagli, the famous Ponte del Diavolo, the marble quarries of Michelangelo and much more can be easily visited. On request it is possible to organize guided tours with expert Environmental Guides. The use of a car is recommended, which can be hired if you arrive at Pisa airport. Spaces in common: silence must be respected during the hours 13.00 / 16. 00 and from 23.00 onwards; particularly noisy parties or dinners are not allowed both inside the apartments and outside. The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September from 9.00 to sunset; measures 14mt x 7mt x 1.35h. Check-in is allowed from 16.00 to 19.00 unless special requests by prior arrangement. Check-out by 10.00 in the morning. The consumption of GAS for heating is NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE and must be paid separately in cash at check-out after the count of the cubic meters consumed (€ 4 per cubic meter). The farmhouse is close to the SP1, the connecting state road.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
