Welcome to this beautiful villa in Son Ferrer, Calvià, located in a perfect environment that combines the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity of the town and the coast. The house has a capacity for 8 people and a private pool.

Outside, you can enjoy a large private chlorine pool 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum of 1.5 meters. In addition, it has an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. The private garden is perfect to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. There are two porches, one at the main entrance and the other by the pool, two terraces and a balcony with views of the town and the forest. There is also a mobile barbecue, a parasol and 8 sun loungers to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax by the pool. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.





Inside, the house has a spacious living room with a Smart TV and satellite channels, connected to an open dining room and a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The 5 bedrooms are distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, we find a bedroom with two twin beds, while on the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, with two twin beds too. In addition, we have a cot and a high chair for babies. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. The accommodation has fans in all rooms and a single portable air conditioning machine. For the winter, the house is equipped with gas central heating.

The house is located in Son Ferrer, a quiet residential area in Calvià, Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The area offers the basic services for an independent stay such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants. The closest beach is Port Adriano, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Palma Nova or Santa Ponsa, which are about 10 minutes away by car. Don't forget to stroll through Port Adriano, one of the most modern ports in the Mediterranean.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- The barbecue in the kitchen cannot be used.
- There is exterior parking for 1 car.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
