The accommodation was spotless, and we had a wonderful time. Even as adults, we could comfortably use the loft bed. We spent a lot of time on the covered terrace, eating and relaxing. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and the town center! What we especially appreciated was the outstanding, fast, and personal communication.

Très belle fin de vacances

Nous avons apprécié cette location pour terminer nos vacances en Corse. C'était parfait. L'appartement est nickel avec beaucoup d'espace et idéalement situé. Top. Juste un bémol pour le réseau et avec 2 pré ados l'absence de wifi a généré quelques bouderies.

Bel appartement bien situé

En résumé, c'est une location agréable qui doit être très appréciable en période estivale. Mais en ce qui concerne fin octobre ( vacances scolaires ) il serait souhaitable de prévoir une table et des chaises ( pliantes s'il le faut car il y a de l'espace dans la véranda pour un rangement ) afin de pouvoir prendre nos repas tous ensemble dans l'appartement , ce qui n'était pas possible ( enfants de 4ans et 9ans ) , et également une table de salon afin que les enfants puissent jouer . La température est plutôt fraiche à cette période et les repas dehors sont souvent impossible

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Calvi et ses alentours

Bel appartement situé juste à côté de la belle plage de Calvi. Tout le confort s’y trouve avec en bonus une petite terrasse couverte idéale avec des enfants qui ont pu y trouver une aire de jeu à l’abri de la chaleur. Merci à Matus pour la qualité de son accueil et l’aide pour louer une voiture en plein contexte de covid. Cela a changé toutes nos vacances car nous avons pu découvrir St Florent, l’Ile rousse et Porto (entres autres), villes incontournables du nord de la Corse. Et merci aux propriétaires pour leur bienveillance. À bientôt

Vacances de rêves en famille à Calvi

Bon accueil de Matus et des propriétaires avec toutes les informations utiles pour se rendre sur le lieu de la résidence. Une bouteille de vin et des gâteaux locaux nous attendaient dans l'appartement pour fêter notre arrivée. Notre fils et nous-même avons passé un excellent séjour sur Calvi (15 jours). La résidence est proche de la plage de Calvi (accessible par une pinède en moins de 5 minutes). Les enfants ont pieds très loin et pour eux c'est idéal pour jouer dans l'eau. Malgré la sécheresse, nous avons pu nous baigner dans la 2nd piscine du Fongo. On a adoré les villages de balagnes avec Sant'antonino, Calenzana, Zilia et Montegrosso. Eu la chance aussi de voir le couché du soleil à Pigna, île rousse et sur un bateau sur la Revellata, sans parler des plages de Bodri (accessible par le train de bord de mer qui passe à proximité de la résidence), de Ghjunchitu et Lumio. Beaucoup de sites touristiques sont accessibles en moins d'un heure de voiture. C'est appréciable. L'appartement est idéalement situé près de la plage accessible par la pinède et à 20 minutes à pied de Calvi par la promenade parallèle à la voie ferrée. Le supermarché Casino est juste à côté, ainsi qu'un petit marché et une boulangerie. La résidence est idéalement placée pour éviter les embouteillages des rentrées de plages sur Calvi le soir. Enfin, l'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel avec ces 2 terrasses (montagne + mer). La terrasse principale est ombragée toute la journée. C'est très agréable. On y a pris tous nos petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et repas. Il manque le Wifi (on le savait) mais avec les forfaits 4G actuels, ce n'est vraiment pas un problème. Bref super séjour qui restera inoubliable. On espère pouvoir y retourner ... Benjamin & Sandrine

Perfecto !

Logement idéal pour un séjour découverte de la Balagne à 4. Très bien équipé ( draps, serviettes de bain, ustensiles de cuisine, clim silencieuse ...), spacieux, idéalement situé à proximité de la grande plage de Calvi et des commerces (boulangerie, supermarché à pied). Excellent accueil sur place. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time in this flat. Everything is new, the beach just e few minutes away. There you have a great view to the citadelle of calvi. You can also take the train at the beach to go to other places. Welcome present was very nice - thank you. Parking place next to the flat. You can go to the next big Supermarket (no car necessary) We will come back.

Situé dans une copropriété neuve,une partie est encore en travaux,mais rien de gênant. Situé à 150 mètres de la plage de Calvi, il est idéalement situé. Tout y est , lave vaisselle, machine à laver,fer à repasser,etc.... Vaisselle très bien fourni, il ne manque absolument rien.... Climatisation Super simple à utiliser.
