L'emplacement est top, en plein centre pour profiter des restaurants, boutiques et le port de Calvi. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une belle vue sur la mer.Un petit regret qui mérite d'être averti, l'accès au garage en sous sol n'est pas aisé du fait d'étroitesse de la porte d'accès, il faut faire très attention pour éviter de rayer les portières. Sinon, nous sommes bien installés.

Sehr gut gelegen, nah an Zitadelle und Altstadt, wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer, schöne Terrasse, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Plus in Calvi: Garagenplatz vorhanden (wenn auch eng), problemloser Check-In - wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen

Très bel appartement situé en plein centre de Calvi permettant de tout faire à pieds. Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis le balcon qui meriterait d être agrémenté d un transat ou 'oeuf'.Appartement très bien équipé. Lits très confortables.Les hôtes sympathiques et repondant très rapidement.En revanche l immeuble étant récent, le promoteur semble l avoir livré avec des défauts ce qui conduit à des pannes récurrentes : - ascenceur souvent hors service,- pas de lumière dans les circulations 1 fois sur 2, même la lumière du panneau Issue de secours ne fonctionnait plus par moment,- pas d eau chaude pendant 2 jours,...Cependant, nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour dans ce logement qui mérite 5 étoiles et que nous conseillons.
