Bien (pour la localisation) mais appartement vraiment pas terrible.

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans cet appartement qui est extrêmement bien situé à Calvi et effectivement très proche de la plage et des commodités environnantes. MAIS pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous avons été EXTRÊMEMENT déçus de la prestation: - Appartement pas propre à notre arrivée, du sable jusque dans les placards... -Nous avons eu l'impression que les propriétaires ont aménagé l'appartement en vidant leur grenier (Il y a une porte stockée dans le placard, qui prend énormément de place, des tabourets de bar qui ne servent à rien et j'en passe! -Une belle cuisine en photo, mais vraiment pas pratique et côté équipement vous mangez avec des couverts de "dinette". -La cuvette des toilettes n'est pas adaptée aux WC (très désagréable). -Côté chambre, vous ne pouvez pas du tout tourner autour du lit, pas de table de chevet, et une commode prête à s'écrouler que vous ne pouvez pas utiliser car pleine de serviettes. J'oubliais, vous dormez dans des draps SNCF, les oreillers sont jaunes et je ne parle même pas des housses de matelas... -Dernier point mais pas des moindres, la VMC fait un bruit de dingue si vous êtes sensible au bruit pour dormir c'est un vrai problème. -L'accueil avec l'agence immobilière qui gère le bien, s'est bien passé, rapidité d'échanges, personne agréable mais que nous n'aurons jamais rencontrée car système de boite à clé. En résumé HYPER DÉCEVANT, malgré la super localisation et la belle vue du balcon de la terrasse.
