The villa is part of Santa Cristina Estate, a traditional Italian countryside property surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills where wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil are produced. Here guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of rural Italy while enjoying the privacy of a villa with its own garden and swimming pool.
The house is set in a large private garden with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. The private swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is exclusively for the guests of the villa and offers the perfect place to relax during summer days.
A spacious patio with pergola, barbecue and large wooden dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and experiencing the pleasure of traditional Italian al fresco dining.
Within the estate, guests can also enjoy several leisure facilities including a shared tennis court and five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis.

Perfect house with a great pool
We (two families, four adults and four kids) loved Villa Mary a lot! Everything was well taken care of, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was absolutely amazing.
The beds and towels were changed after one week, so no need for us to wash towels ourselves.
Contact with the property manager Mrs Daniela was very well and fast. She responded fast and solved the few issues we had immediately.
Location is very nearby a fabulous Italian restaurant (walking distance)! The road besides the house is a minor downside: people drive FAST there. The garden is well closed off so the road is not a safety issue, more a noise issue.
In total we had a fantastic stay at villa mary and really got to relax and enjoy Italy.

Perfect property with fantastic panoramic view
We have been here 12 days with 2 families. Really a perfect house with wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Just one thing: there are 3 bathrooms but just one shower. But this could not bother us.
