The villa is characterised by its two independent floors, connected by both external and internal stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, you access directly from the car park to the kitchen or through the terrace to the spacious lounge-dining room. This welcoming space features an elegant lounge equipped with SAT/TDT TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and dishwasher for added convenience. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, another bedroom also with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; from the latter, you can access the upper floor.



The UPPER FLOOR offers a second lounge and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, which includes a practical breakfast bar. This level features an additional bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom with shower.
