Villa OASIS by Abahana Villas

VERY BEAUTIFUL VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, up to 8 + 2 people.

LAYOUT: This villa is on two floors. On the main floor there are three bedrooms ( two with double bed and one with two single beds each) and two bathrooms with hydromassage shower (one en suite). Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area and pantry room. Finally we have two comfortable lounges, one with fireplace. Downstairs we have a double bedroom with a sofa and air acondicioner. That part of the villa does not connect to the main floor.



EXTERIOR: The property has a plot of 900 m2 and a well kept garden with palm trees, other trees, plants and grass. A magnificent pool with sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun. A space dedicated to what we like the most, napping and barbecue, so we can escape our daily grind with comfortable beds and furniture. We access to the plot through an automatic door where we can park our cars .

SITUATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, near the park "La Vallesa". Where you can do outdoor barbecues and only 5 min from the splendid beaches of fine sand and clear water.
