LAYOUT: Villa Norma is a comfortable and spacious villa which consists of 2 identical living units under one roof, making it an ideal option for the perfect stay for various families. The villa offers privacy, but at the same time also areas where all guests can be together. Once we enter the villa, we have many parking spaces on our left. Just going to the right, we can observe many huge terraces where enjoyable family moments can be organized. Both units have their separate entrances, making it practical for guests that are seeking some privacy. The villa is totally south orientated, which guarantees plenty of sun almost all day long. The pool is situated right next to the villa, connected with the several terraces where parents can have their relaxing time whilst watching the small family members having a great time around the pool. With 250 square meters of elegant construction, this two-story house offers spacious common areas, like large living rooms and fully equipped modern kitchens. As well next to the villa, a generous sized area is available for parking several vehicles.



EXTERIOR: Unforgettable summer moments can be generated around the pool area, where many sun loungers are available and a precious garden surrounds this area, giving it the privacy that is needed. From the upper floor terraces, fantastic views over Calpe and its green surroundings can be appreciated,making this area the perfect place for a great be together amongst friends and family.



LOCATION: This property is strategically located just 1 km from the sea and close to the services that Calpe offers. There we will find restaurants, bars and many leisure areas.. There are also excellent beaches and different activities that we can do on the Costa Blanca.
