Quiet and comfortable house to rent in Calpe (Alicante / Costa Blanca) of two floors of 140 m2 in total with a porch of 35 m2 and 400 m2 exterior. Completely renovated. With pool and jacuzzi.

New furniture and appliances.

The ground floor is composed of a large hall, bathroom, large kitchen-dining room with fireplace and living room with satellite TV and DVD.

- The upper floor has 5 bedrooms: 3 with double beds and 2 with 90 cm beds.
- Total capacity in the bedrooms for 10 people. There is also a bathroom with shower.
- Outdoor barbecue and ample parking for 5-6 cars.
- Pleasant evenings are spent on the porch since no one is disturbed.
- Only 3 km. from the beach and the town center.
- It is a very nice house to go with your family (we have a baby cot and baby chair) or with a group of friends to celebrate an event.
