Welcome to the spacious holiday villa Villa Helios in Calpe, Costa Blanca! This beautiful accommodation is perfect for up to 8 people and features a private pool and stunning coastal views.







INSIDE:



This charming two-story house offers generous space for an unforgettable vacation. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room, with stunning views and direct access to the pool area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a ceramic hob, dishwasher and mixer. In addition, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.







On the FIRST FLOOR, you will discover a room with a common area to eat or simply spend time together. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed and a terrace with panoramic views. Another bedroom with a double bed connects to an additional room with two single beds, ideal for families. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.







ABROAD:



Villa Helios has magnificent outdoor space including a large 8x4 meter swimming pool with Roman stairs and a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy the sun relaxing on the sun loungers and take advantage of the large, partially covered terrace with a table for your outdoor meals. Private parking within the property accommodates 2 cars.

Would have nice to see up to date photos instead of original photos of inside very dated sofas ripped to pieces bathroom mould in the showers broken shower door left at the office to pick keys for 40 minutes at 3.30 in the morning till they come

Great villa in perfect area

Had a great two week stay at villa helios. The property is large, has a great pool, great outdoor area, and excellent views. Had adequate kitchen supplies, but could use a few more things. Location to Calpe and the beach was perfect for us. Would rent again.

Fantastic week!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this fantastic villa, the villa is very large, in a great location and has amazing views and a lovely pool! We honestly didn’t want to come home!
