This charming villa accommodates up to 12 guests and offers the perfect retreat with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two independent floors connected by elegant exterior stairs.



INTERIOR



GROUND FLOOR: Spacious living-dining room, independent kitchen with gas hob, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



UPPER FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob, living-dining room, one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. There are also two separate bathrooms, both with bathtubs.



All six bedrooms as well as both living rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the villa.



EXTERIOR



Enjoy the private 8x4 m swimming pool with metal steps and a refreshing outdoor shower. The pool area is surrounded by artificial grass, creating a pleasant relaxation space.
