Spacious summer villa with private pool in Calpe, designed to accommodate up to 14 people. The property features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed over two floors. Located in an unbeatable position close to beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants, it offers an ideal setting for large groups or families seeking space and comfort.



INTERIOR



The accommodation is distributed across two levels:



GROUND FLOOR



Features a living-dining room with a breakfast bar equipped with satellite TV and DTT, with direct access to a covered terrace located next to the pool. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area on this floor consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and an independent bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.



TOP FLOOR



Houses five bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and views of the pool, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each (one of them with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower). This level also offers two independent bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



The property does not have air conditioning.



EXTERIOR



The plot is fully enclosed and features a private 10 x 5 metre pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, completely fenced for children's safety. It includes a covered area with a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining and private parking space for up to 3 vehicles.

Cycling Group

We are a group of 9 male cyclists and hired the villa in Sept 21. It met all our expectations and the location was great for cycling. We made use of the secure on road garage to store our bikes. The villa was very clean and well equipped and the pool was excellent too. We would definitely stay here again.
