The accommodation is split into two independent floors connected solely by exterior stairs. Located in a quiet and cool setting on the Oltá mountain, it combines serenity and sea views with easy access to the beach and local amenities.
INTERIOR
The property consists of two independent living areas connected by exterior stairs:
GROUND FLOOR
Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, with direct access to a covered terrace with sea views. The separate kitchen is equipped with gas hobs and a dishwasher. The sleeping area on this level offers two bedrooms with two single beds each and an independent bathroom with a shower.
TOP FLOOR
Accessed via exterior stairs, it comprises a living-dining room furnished with two additional single beds, a small open kitchen with gas and electric hobs, one bedroom with two single beds, and an independent bathroom with a shower.

The fully enclosed plot features a large 10 x 4 metre private pool with metal ladders, an outdoor shower, and a terrace area with sea views.
