The colourful exterior of the building is very attractive. Hotel is unmanned but check in was very easy. I like the area of the town that it is situated in, right next to my favourite cafe.

Good budget hostel.

In the old town. Good basic hostel with private rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Great location, great price, comfortable. A solid basic option for those on a tight budget. I liked it.

My boyfriend and I just arrived back home after a lovely stay at hotel Galeon. Very clean, air conditioning, cool, great cafes and bars near by. Friendly staff.... value for money. We will be back Indeed.

We were very disappointed when we arrived by taxi no body to let us in only for the taxi driver called and got a code to get into the hall there was 2 other guest waiting also. The room was good and clean and had a little balcony which I loved. The owner apoligised next day But still was not good enough. The square was lovely and had my coffee every morning but places only opened at 9 whicH at that stage would be dying for tea or coffee. Perhaps They could put a kettle in room and people could bring their own tea or coffee. Very disappointed when leaving had guy on desk order taxi for 8am to catch bus to pick up bus to airport an,d never arrived. Only for a shop next door i knocked on the door and asked him to call the number that I had to check on the taxi and it was on a recording he was very kind and brought us to the bus station the next bus was not until 11.30 so it would have been a awful rush for us. So I would like the owner to say thanks to Carlos he is the architect office next door. Owner should call taxi company and complain it was not good enough.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and tidy condition of the room. The situation on a staircase wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair.

Lo mejor es la ubicación céntrica del alojamiento por un precio inmejorable. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos (3 noches) y esta vez ha sido un poco decepcionante. Habitación 1 en planta baja, al mismo entrar (como bienvenida) encontramos dos pelos largos encima de la cama, la insonorización pésima (se oían ruidos por la noche como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación), la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar (estaba hinchada por la parte inferior y rozaba el suelo, se quedaba a 45°), el sumidero de la ducha no tragaba y olía fatal, la televisión no se veía ningún canal, el suelo estaba ennegrecido, no limpiaron en los tres días de estancia ni cambiaron toallas. Para pasar una noche y "salir del paso" vale, pero nada más.

Ubicación bien pero servicio lamentable

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero no existe ningún servicio. No existe una reception, una noche otra huesped empezó a gritar como una loca y cuando llamamos la asistencia (que solo es telefonica) nos dijeron que no iban a hacer nada. Ademas no hacen limpieza hasta que te vayas.

Calidad/precio muy adecuada.

La estancia fue muy bien, las camas super comodas, el chico que nos atencio muy atento y rapido en contestar a cualquier consulta. Como critica a mejorar, deberian poner un cartel explicativo de como reaccionar ante la llegada al hotel si la recepcion esta cerrada. Cuando llegamos la recepción estaba cerrada, habia una mujer francesa que apenas hablaba español, con algun tipo de discapacidad en el habla además, no sabemos cuanto llevaba alli esperando... Al no haber nadie alli se me ocurrio llamar el numero del hotel y efectivamente asi era el funcionamiento, le comente ademas que estaba la otra mujer esperando... el chico llego un minuto despues de la llamada he hizo toda la gestion rapidisimo. Otro punto que seria grandioso, es que hubiese un dispensador de bebidas o comida. Ya que llega la noche esta todo cerrado y no puedes obtener ni agua si tienes sed. Por lo demás, la atencion genial el chico muy amable, la habitacion limpia y comoda. Esta a unos 10 min de la playa. Nos ha gustado.

Un enfer

Alors déjà il y a pas de parking, il faut se parquer dans les rues avoisinantes et se lever tôt car ils passent très tôt pour vous coller les amendes. Ensuite mon mari est resté coincé dans l’ascenseur ils avaient pas la clé triangle pour ouvrir la porte et ainsi libérer mon mari . Non non , les gars ils ont tourné en rond et au bout de 40 min ils nous disent qu’ils appellent enfin un technicien. Mon mari devenait fou dans de ce m2 et pour finir lui même à fait sauter la planche du plafond et à touche au système électrique ( pas très malin je l’avoue) et à réussi à ouvrir la porte au bout de 50 min . Bref , même pas d’excuse un geste ou quoi que se soit . Très déçu je n’y reviendrai pas.

Buena ubicación

En la descripción ponía que había una neverita en la habitación pero nuestra habitación no tenía. Era importante para nosotros porque íbamos con una niña pequeña, para sus comidas. La televisión estaba rota y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, aunque vino el chico y nos lo arregló. La cama es muy cómoda. El chico es muy amable pero no estaba en el alojamiento, allí no había nadie, solo los huéspedes. La calle tiene muchas escaleras, aunque es una calle preciosa en el casco antiguo.
